I am Claudia Halabi, Founder of Lovegreen Health and a Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach, committed to guiding individuals through lifestyle, food, and eating transformations.
My purpose is to help you prioritise your health & wellbeing and facilitate meaningful behaviour change for a healthier happier life.
With a holistic whole-person approach, I guide individuals not only in making mindful choices regarding food and eating but also in effective stress management, fostering a positive mindset, and addressing emotional well-being. My focus lies in helping individuals create new habits and cultivate a lifestyle where they can truly flourish in every aspect of their lives, embracing joy and ease throughout their journey.
Having personally overcome numerous health challenges, including colon cancer in my early 30s, my transformative health journey inspired my determination. This experience fuelled my passion to comprehend the ideal human lifestyle and diet, identify the root causes of dis-ease in our modern world, and explore prevention and healing strategies. My journey has brought me to where I am today, and I am deeply thankful for it. Despite initial hurdles, I fell in love with prioritising my well-being, making it a core value in my life.
My personal health struggles add an additional layer of compassion and understanding to my work with clients. I know first-hand that this journey can be emotionally and mentally challenging. Recognising the support people need during this transformative period naturally led me to transition from helping individuals in their careers—having spent nearly 18 years in partner and leadership roles within the corporate sector—to guiding them with a deeper, more holistic, whole-person approach where their well-being takes precedence. This journey birthed Lovegreen Health, where I am dedicated to empowering others to prioritise their health and well-being.
I actively engage in health talks, serve as an inspirational speaker, conduct workshops, act as a Wellbeing Consultant and Advisor for corporate clients, and work with individuals on a one-to-one basis to guide, support and facilitate change.
Ultimately, I believe that good health is our greatest asset, and I am dedicated to continually spreading that essential message through my own way of living and the work that I do with others.
